Refund policy

We want you to love your Greyhound Weavers piece. Because our items are handmade from upcycled fabrics, each one is unique — please review product photos and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at greyhoundweavers.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style when available. Contact us to arrange.

Non-returnable items: Sale/markdown items are final sale.

Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly.
