Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Greyhound Weavers! All of our rugs, runners, and blankets are handmade from upcycled fabrics, and we take care to pack each order securely.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Handmade items may require additional time during busy periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship within the United States via USPS or UPS.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at greyhoundweavers@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
